They don’t answer their phones ever and don’t respond to emails. They have listed several therapists who are accepting new patients in the Cigna provider list but when they finally responded via email a week and a half after the first email/call they informed me !the do not have any one available to meet my needs’. I was looking for therapy to assist with grief and depression. If they don’t have anyone to meet those needs they are in the wrong business. I filed a formal complaint with Cigna.

Rude people never will I take my child to this place. Both women were rude and had a nasty smile on their faces because someone from their office answered their phone and gave me the wrong information. They didnt seem to care How are you a therapist and have a rude smirk on your face like you don't care about children or parents! Garbage!!! I wouldn't even give them a star. People use to care now everybody thinks that it's okay to be Openly rude!!!!!!!

I started seeing Krista while going through a divorce, I am not typically a very emotional/trusting person & over time have built a very trusting relationship with her. While my child went to counseling for months, they did not feel comfortable disclosing important parts of their lives to the counselor due to their religious beliefs. This was counterintuitive to the counseling process.
