Do NOT buy this scanner. If you encounter a technical problem, the company's staff is incompetent and will not be able to resolve it. This has caused colossal damage to my practice. • Financial Damage: Due to the scanner's malfunction, I was forced to cancel three major All-on-4 operations because it's impossible to create Surgical Guides, resulting in a significant financial loss. • Current Problem: After their "repair," scanner files are now invisible/unusable in all external design programs, which is a critical issue. Cheap product with mediocre imaging quality. Owandy’s tech support is a nightmare. Fernando, their technician, completely messed up our CBCT configuration, and when we reached out for help, the experience got even worse. His manager, Christian, was unbelievably rude, yelling at us and mocking our IT professional for supposedly not having an engineering background.
