Cheap product with mediocre imaging quality. Owandy’s tech support is a nightmare. Fernando, their technician, completely messed up our CBCT configuration, and when we reached out for help, the experience got even worse. His manager, Christian, was unbelievably rude, yelling at us and mocking our IT professional for supposedly not having an engineering background. We purchased a brand new iMax Pan and Ceph to our office, delivered in December 1023. The equipment works, until it doesn’t take cephs due to equipment not identifying sensor. Customer service would take our calls initially, but now it is becoming harder and harder to get assistance. We need the problem fixed and no one is there when the issue happens. Very frustrating having to live with the problem for more than a year now.
