General Cleaning
Professional, efficient, informative, and compassionate. Not words I'm usually able to describe my dental office with but this office is truly an exception to most. Highlights include ease of submitting my application online, interacting with the very kind receptionist (Rachel), laughing with my hygienist (Jessica), consulting for as long as needed with the dentist, and finally spending 15 minutes with the coordinator who knew my chart, my diagnosis, and my insurance better than I did (Morgan). Great attention and service
Absolutely amazing. My husband and I had appointments for cleanings, it was our first time the dentist in a while because we have had terrible luck with other providers in the area! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place and I never write reviews! The facility is beautiful, I did NOT expect such a spa like office, very surprised and impressed. It was lovely. Very professional even when the dentist felt like he was getting sick and another had to take over. Never felt so comfortable. After working as a dental assistant for many years, I have never been so impressed...from massage chairs to coffee but most important the feeling of being the only one in the office.
I was very impressed with the personnel and service that I received during my first appointment at Your Oviedo Dentist. Everyone was friendly yet professional. I was most impressed with being told everything that was happening and the explanation of what work needed to be done and how they would do that work on future appointments.I will be recommending Your Oviedo Dentist to anyone I meet that says they need a new dentist.
