Extremely nice and courteous staff. Very nice office/waiting area. Getting stabbed in the gums with a metal spike has never been so pleasant.
Love this dentist (never thought I would say that!). Dr. Lopez and staff are so friendly and nice. Dr. Lopez also seems concerned with making sure your smile is right for you - not just big white chicklet teeth! Being able to watch tv and movies while he works make this an easy appointment. Very satisfied!
i use to hate to go to the dentist. Dr Lopez and his staff make the experience almost enjoyable. From the numbing process to watching video, they have made the process pain free. The treatment I receive is first class.
Going to this dentist felt like riding in a fully loaded Cadillac but at Chevrolet prices. Lots of great amenities and customer service. However my one complaint is that I have no idea what insurance companies they actually work with in terms of being accepted within network. They accepted my insurance out-of-network and luckily my insurance is decent enough to cover most basic services in either case. Very comfortable environment! Dr. Lopez even called me that evening to check on me.
I was able to make an appointment last minute. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and caring. I loved the personalized service and that the dentist himself called me to follow up and make sure everything was going ok.
