I have been ordering from OP since 2006, most recently their booklets. I paid extra for 100 lb. paper, as I have in previous orders, and I paid for expedited shipping so it would be here in time for an event. The product I received was NOT printed on 100 lb paper, but something far cheaper and inferior. For the last two weeks, I have been sending images, as requested by their customer service dept. Terrible product, terrible customer service. I ordered my products overnight and paid extra for expedited shipping and printing. Instead of getting my products the next day, I got an email that my order was delayed. I tried phone, live chat, even Twitter to find out how long the delay was, and got no answer. After a few days I went and bought replacement products locally. When my order finally did arrive days later it was wrong, and part of the order (envelopes) was missing. I sent this company professionally-created business card artwork created by a national company who does professional-quality business card design for a living. Overnight Prints sent me back horrible, unprofessional, unusable business cards. After sending several pictures they decided they'd stop responding (just two emails, not that I was harassing them). I am from Indiana and decided to go to a helicopter conference in California, at the Robinson Helicopter Company. Since I have a helicopter business, I decided that I needed to take business cards with me to hand out with special pricing. I went on the web and found overnightprints.com and actually saw that they had an overnight shipping option.
