I wouldn't recommend ordering from these folks for any reason. Honestly, my order was a disaster and it seems like this company is a mess now. I've been a loyal customer since 2011, but they've really dropped the ball this time. I ordered brochures for an event and unfortunately, they had some technical problems on their end that they never told me about. Where is the option to leave them ZERO stars? I've been using these guys for almost ten years for business cards, postcards, and flyers. The quality was never amazing but I liked the price point . They totally screwed up on my last 2 order but it was this last one that sent me over the edge - I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! I made my original order on 12/7 with an est. delivery date of 12/15. On 9/24, 2021, we ordered business cards with a delivery date of 9/28/2021 for a conference. Since the cards were not delivered on 9/29, we inquired. Overnight print told us, due to production difficulties, the cards are still in production. When asked if we could cancel the order, we were told NO! As of 10/4, the order status was still "in production." At this point, we were forced to have the business cards printed by another vendor because we urgently needed them for a conference. They promised and didn’t deliver. I sent multiple emails that were not answered, the chat service is worthless, and I’m going to do a chargeback on my credit card since this appears to be a scam.

The worst experience. Four business cards were supposed to be printed over a month ago, and the status is still "in production." What's worse: our rep called them, they promised overnight shipping. Nothing happened. We tried to chat over the chat feature, and after the rep said "please wait," she hung up on us. TWICE. We tried calling the VIP line - the agent, said "sorry, we can't deliver it overnight, and WE CAN'T CANCEL THE ORDER ANG GIVE YOU A REFUND," after which she promptly.. hung up!!! This is a fake scam company, the only upside is that Paypal is aware of it and refunded my order the second I submitted my dispute without bothering to review all information I sent with it. So this company may not be on top of sending out prints, but paypal is on top of them being a scam.

Zero Stars really. Ordered from them because of their 3 day delivery option. Well that was a bust, they arrived late, and to top it off none of the product was usable. Everything was way off center, and the color registration and saturation was horrible. Customer service will not refund for the failed shipping I paid extra for or the unusable product they delivered. They offered to reprint with no explanation of how they can correct the issues with their product. They are radio silent now and wont respond to emails. A... read more
