I have been living here for a couple of months now, and the staff here is extremely helpful and courteous, and the property is very well kept. Any maintenance issues are addressed almost immediately, and are completely resolved rather than being only temporary fixes. I have nothing bad to say about these apartments!
Horrible, maintenance is absoultly ridiculous, had water leak all summer, ceiling fell in 5x, carpet never replaced. Cut open area and pulled insulation out never replaced, air went out, window unit installed after repeatedly calling and putting request in that air wasn't working, car recently broken in and honestly believe it was the current maintenance workers who did it, leaving ASAP, not worth a star at all, unsafe, dirty, over priced lack of professionalism, management does not care about you or your safety, at this poi... read more

They have horrible customer service and management skills, and the contractor was rude, for sure they do not keep their word, I was promised a gift card and had to leave my apartment for 4 hours, and all they did was clean the fridge and vaccuum, they kept saying it was due to the many move ins they had that day and blames it on the vendor, cause they didn't have a chance to get to mine. The two most beautiful, brilliant, and lovable people ever live here.
I love it here! From the time we walked in to inquire about the place,our leasing agent (Sara) has been the absolute best! Had an issue with a roommate and had to break our lease and she made the whole process such a breeze. Times were I was stressing and worried, she took care of us. I've never had issues with neighbors, everything is always clean, nothing but wonderful things to say about living here! Myself and a friend had been out the last couple of days looking at apartments in the area and I must say this is by far the nicest one we have seen. The grounds were kept up, the pool was sparkling ( I wanted to jump in) and the model apartment we viewed was absolutely amazing. Service was TOP NOTCH. The young lady named Jennifer who we believe was the apartment Manager spent a lot of time going over all the amenities ( we didn't feel rushed ) this showed us that she truly cares about the people that are potential renters. ... read more
We have lived here for over 7 years. Been through several different management companies. This latest group is the worst of them all. The changed the name and fixed up the office (nice for them), BUT have done nothing good for the people who live here. They are rude to us when we have had to talk to them. The overall grounds have taken a hit (always messy and trash everywhere). Takes weeks and several calls to get anything done.
