I definitely wouldn’t recommended these apartments to anyone! They are continuing to go downhill. Maintenance is terrible. They half fix things. It doesn’t matter how many times you bring it to the attention of management either. They will act as if they care, but things still never get fixed. I’m still waiting on things to be fixed since July.. I had a walk through if my apartment with the General manager and apartment manager. This is the WORST apartment complex anyone can move into! Especially if you have kids ! I wouldn’t even give it a one star! I’ve had issues with them since I was pregnant with my son and ended up in the ER because of how much I would go up there and argue about not fixing ANY maintenance work orders, I had to spend almost a month without A/C while I was pregnant and to top it off they called the police on me and kicked me out of the office & waited in the heat for police to arrive and they didn’t even let me get my water bot... read more

The rent is high for the quality of the units. But the worse things are the lack of follow up with work orders and if you live in Phase 1, the property is trashy. We've spoken with the manager about that, to no avail. We placed a work order on Monday, and it's yet to be repaired. The overhead light in the kitchen is out. We can't see to cook, clean or much else without opening the fridge door or use a flashlight. I understand not being able to get to work orders the first or even second day. But not 3 days. Unbelievable.
this is the worst complex of dallas, I used to pay 920 monthly now in the new contract they want to charge me 1015, and the apt is old without remodeling and the last year I was 6 months with rats and cockroaches
No recomiendo esta propiedad, mi hija y yo somos vecinas , tenemos un olor insoportable, la fundación y drenaje respira un olor a Zorrillo, imagínense vivir 24 horas con ese olor, lo más desesperante que NO hasen nada para arreglarlo, tengo niños y mi hija un bebé de 2 meses y estar soportando este olor..la antigua gente que vivía aquí tenían el mismo problema, eso quiere decir que JAMÁS arreglaron este problema.
