I have lived here for 4 years in November. Maintenance is slow and I've had to wait days to have my problems fixed. I have a voucher and this was a fast choice for me bc I was pregnant when I moved in. Now that it's me and my 3 yr old, I am ready to move to something bigger. The rent is $450/month which I think is too much for such a small space. It is also very hard to get someone in the office to see you.
