RecommendedPicked up a Gold marinated tri-tip roast from Overland Meat & Seafood Company which was already sealed and ready to cook with our Joule sous vide for 16 hours at 131F. Grilled 5 minutes on each side after removing from the thermal bath. Came out perfectly cooked and the Gold marinade was absolutely delicious!!!
