I only still go here because my condition is managed and not severe and I use the doctor just for the refills. A lot of what the reviews say are true. I've experienced terrible doctors and terrible billing and schedule situations. My new doctor is great though (Hindiyeh) and I'll continue seeing him and the front desk staff have been generally kind and bo issues.

If you are considering treatment here, I strongly encourage you to read the reviews carefully and think twice before moving forward. What is especially upsetting is the lack of transparency around billing. Patients are not “maybe” charged these fees — they will be charged them. There is no uncertainty about it. Can't thank the staff at Overlake outpatient enough! I went in super depressed and pretty hopeless I came out with tons of new skills to help cope with both my anxiety and depression... I wish the program was longer 10 days didn't seem like enough time, but I'm so thankful for what I learned in those 10 days and I'm excited to continue working on my mental health going forward..

I’m writing this review to share my deeply disappointing experience at this clinic. After waiting over three months for an appointment, I was met with disrespect and condescension. When the doctor (William Pierson) saw me, he didn’t greet me and quickly became frustrated during our conversation. I’d give them a zero if I could. After several attempts by myself and the Bellevue Downtown Primary Care Clinic director (who’s great by the way!) to contact this place and establish care, and after this clinic director spoke to the clinics manager and a supervisor to get me in (who both assured the clinic director that I’d be able to get in and get the services needed), they called me back and told me they don’t offer any of the services provided and that the clinic was unable to provide me with care.
