I’d give them a zero if I could. After several attempts by myself and the Bellevue Downtown Primary Care Clinic director (who’s great by the way!) to contact this place and establish care, and after this clinic director spoke to the clinics manager and a supervisor to get me in (who both assured the clinic director that I’d be able to get in and get the services needed), they called me back and told me they don’t offer any of the services provided and that the clinic was unable to provide me with care. I am beyond horrified from a simple phone call experience with Overlake Psychiatry at Hidden Valley. I went to my primary care doctor and due to my complicated of past and current mental health problems (Major Depressive Disorder, CPTSD, Anxiety Disorder, ADHD), she said that I needed to get psychiatric help (sooner rather than later) and referred me to this clinic. I setup for an appointment MONTHS ago, they called to tell me it was canceled and they rescheduled months further. Now, they call again and cancel. 😂 they OBVIOUSLY don't give a shit about mental health. Don't go here.

very cool place to feel very invalidated by a psychiatrist who makes you feel overdramatic and stupid at your most vulnerable that youll rush your appointment with a shitty perscription just to leave faster its super fun

DON'T COME HERE. Only come here if you want your condition to get worse. They have the worst providers, especially Deborah Cihak, who has ZERO sympathy whatsoever, and keeps blaming you for everything around you. My depression got 100x worse after seeing her a couple times.
