DON'T COME HERE. Only come here if you want your condition to get worse. They have the worst providers, especially Deborah Cihak, who has ZERO sympathy whatsoever, and keeps blaming you for everything around you. My depression got 100x worse after seeing her a couple times.
Would give 0 star if I could. They never answer the phone even when they’re open. Avoid this place at all costs!
Overlake can be really great, unfortunately when it comes to psychiatry that’s not the case. I came in at the end of summer and saw a woman doctor, she was very pushy about medications that I wasn’t comfortable taking. First of all I want to say that my provider was amazing and I have no bad things to say about him. The office staff and whoever runs it however leaves much to be desired. I had been regularly seeing my provider for over a year. Recently life became extremely difficult and my anxiety which had been well controlled was much worse. This might be the first bad review I've ever left on google, but I called them six times and left three voicemails asking for admission into their partial hospitalization program during a crisis (which is painful and exhausting). They finally got back to me after three days and told me they wouldn't accept me because I have OCD and should go somewhere that specializes in OCD. I told them my therapist and psychiatrist explicitly recommended I NOT do that, as OCD is not my primary problem but the woman on the phone kept saying... read more
