Great front desk and NP—they are really kind-hearted. However, I wish I could give Dr. Piya zero stars. I went to this urgent care today and, unfortunately, saw him. He laughed at me when I asked some general questions about my pain. When I inquired whether I could use therapy light to reduce my pain, he laughed at me again. He is ruthless and impatient—the worst doctor in this clinic.
Early checkin does not work here. 2 receptionists - only 1 does checkins (Probably the only good person here) 2 nurses just chatting along for an hour as i was waiting with an infant and a toddler waiting for over an hour after checkin. They processed people out of line instead of a kid. Do not recommend.
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone at Lake Hills for their exceptional care and professionalism. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the attentiveness of the RN, the efficiency of the X-ray team, and the expertise of the doctor, my visit today was truly a positive experience. I deeply appreciate the kindness, patience, and dedication of the entire staff. Your efforts make a real difference, and I’m grateful for the outstanding service I received. Thank you all!
Even though I used the online appointment/get a place in line feature, ended up waiting 1.5 hrs, and 45 min each time I was here. I won’t be coming back here.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The receptionist at this urgent care is extremely insensitive and unprofessional. She laughed at my family member’s extreme pain and discomfort, showing a complete lack of empathy for patients in distress. On top of that, she was slow, inattentive, and unresponsive to basic paperwork, making an already difficult situation even worse. This is the last place you’d want to be in an emergency. Absolutely unacceptable
