Was seen quickly. Appreciate the online booking tool.
They got me in right away. Nurse and Dr. were both courteous and knowledgeable. I got the straight info I needed and was referred to Overlake ER for CT & MRI. While it was wise, it hits hard on our finances so I don't know the total financial damage yet.
Had an appointment on short notice to come in for a rash that developed out of nowhere. Normally I wouldn't go to the doctors unless my leg was falling off, but I've never even had allergies before so I was a little unnerved. Pretty much as soon as I got there my preconceived notion that I was just a person to process was dropped. Writing this review to hopefully help others..... I visited this clinic after falling climbing and sustaining an ankle injury. I arrived around 8pm. I want to start by saying the nurses and techs were very kind and helpful. However, after an x-ray I was told my ankle wasn't broken and to rest my ankle for 4-6 weeks and got to PT. I was not given an Ortho referral. I asked if I should follow up with an ortho and was told it was not necessary.
