PA was really nice and helpful when I went. Quick visit and didn’t have a long wait but I also went during a holiday night.
I had an excellent experience! All staff (from the front desk to medical) were professional, caring, and happy to help. Overlake - Lake Hills is the best place for urgent care. UPDATE: The staff and experience was great except the fact that days later I received a bill for $254 to charge me for the visit. The patients should be advised at front the doctor visit charge is not the $150 charge at check - in to avoid the additional unpleasant surprise.
