I had an excellent experience! All staff (from the front desk to medical) were professional, caring, and happy to help. Overlake - Lake Hills is the best place for urgent care. UPDATE: The staff and experience was great except the fact that days later I received a bill for $254 to charge me for the visit. The patients should be advised at front the doctor visit charge is not the $150 charge at check - in to avoid the additional unpleasant surprise.

The online reservation system is brilliant and minimizes your time in the waiting room. The Overlake Lake Hills Clinic staff are friendly, helpful, attentive, and hilarious. No better place to visit for urgent care. Bonus, VIP parking out-front.
The staff was welcoming. Got my problem resolved in minutes. I only wish the clinic stayed open until at least eleven. I am sorry they are closed on Sundays.
