Turned away and told can be seen in 4 months for being less than 10 mins late and was told the late policy is 5 mins even though online it says 10 or more mins and you *may* need to be rescheduled. Even spoke to someone on the phone on the way there and no mention of they wouldn’t be able to see me until arrival. Complete waste of time and unprofessional.
The receptionist was welcoming and friendly during my preventative care visit. Dr. Mohammed took time to answer my question, though I did not necessarily get all the care I needed as there was a cost to get my lipase level checked. I was later surprised to find out that something I did not mention during my visit was written on my after visit summary, such as me (the writer) mentioning a history of “fatty liver disease”. When I messaged Dr. Mohammed about it, I did not get a response.
I recently set up primary care here and I couldn't be happier. The reception staff was friendly. Dr. Mohammad made me feel heard and not rushed, and even took the time to review some previous labs with me. And the phlebotomist was top-notch.
