I had a good experience with my doctor but They charged my insurance ~$400 as ‘office visit 45+ minutes’ but I booked as a new patient annual physical appointment. They should categorize the portion into annual physical and office visit rather than charging everything as office visit. I called the Billing customer service for my questions on my bill. The lady who picked up was very rude, she didn't listen nor let me finish. She was kept speaking what she wanted to say. I asked the manager, but she just hung up on me. I was very shocked ! I have never had kind of customer service before anywhere! That's because I am non native speaker ?? The medical building was very clean and monitored. The check-in process was very efficient. Dr. Agarwal and her team were very attentive and I did not feel rushed. The on-site lab was very convenient.
