I came in with unrelenting back-to-back-to-back palpitations that had been escalating for a couple of weeks, a blood pressure of 139/102, and so out of it that I felt drunk. I took a $50 Uber to get there because I was afraid I would crash my car if I drove. Dr. Rosales didn't lay a single finger on me to auscultate my heart or even feel my pulse, yet completely fabricated a physical exam in my chart.
