Dr. Chiu has treated me with kindness & understanding from the beginning. She is very professional and gives you time to explain your illness . I appreciate her very much and would not hesitate to recommend her.
Bad front desk services , absolutely rude
Should be giving this clinic zero stars. I waited six months for an appointment and it was canceled at the last minute because “someone” at the clinic looked through unrelated blood tests and decided I didn’t need it. Called once when I was travelling and acted. No discussion, no explanation, and the front desk can’t reverse it! I’m now stuck calling other providers whilst travelling! Don’t go here if you expect accountability or professionalism.

Dr Chiu is so helpful! She listens to my problems and isn't giving up until things are actually correct. She has suggested I see other specialists for problems not related to the thyroid which proved to be super helpful in my journey towards health!
