The technician was great. Appt smooth and fast but the front desk lady was so rude. I wanted to update my primary doctor info. She had big attitude and didn’t want to do her job at all. Why is she even there if she doesn’t want to do a simple job.
I’m updating my previous review. I’m taking 3 stars off because of my experience today, Tuesday, December 18, 2025. I have a tremendous amount of scar tissue, so mammograms are incredibly painful for me. Overlake in Bellevue is a long way for me to drive, but I’ve been going here for years because the nurses have been so caring and gentle with me. I had an mri assisted biopsy today and am very happy with how everything was explained to me and how kind and knowledgeable the staff was. Calem was super reassuring and made sure I was comfortable, he let me know I was doing great when I was nervous . The doctor was also very caring and explained step by step what was happening, she was gentle and calming. The Overlake Breast Health Center is located in Building 3 of the Overlake Medical Center in Bellevue, WA. The most convenient garage to park is North Garage - G3. The first 90mins of parking should be free according to the management. The front desk team was efficient and kind, and the technicians were incredibly professional, explaining each step of the process with clarity and compassion.
First, I'm grateful to have access to excellent health care and preventive diagnostics like mammograms. And I am grateful that my spouse's employer's plan picks up much of the tab. This review is about the overly zealous insistence on me repeatedly stating my own name and DOB.
