I had an mri assisted biopsy today and am very happy with how everything was explained to me and how kind and knowledgeable the staff was. Calem was super reassuring and made sure I was comfortable, he let me know I was doing great when I was nervous . The doctor was also very caring and explained step by step what was happening, she was gentle and calming. The Overlake Breast Health Center is located in Building 3 of the Overlake Medical Center in Bellevue, WA. The most convenient garage to park is North Garage - G3. The first 90mins of parking should be free according to the management. The front desk team was efficient and kind, and the technicians were incredibly professional, explaining each step of the process with clarity and compassion.
First, I'm grateful to have access to excellent health care and preventive diagnostics like mammograms. And I am grateful that my spouse's employer's plan picks up much of the tab. This review is about the overly zealous insistence on me repeatedly stating my own name and DOB. The entire system is completely broken and harassing. If you get detected lump in you breast you are already worried regarding your health, now you have to deal with unhelpful Dr offices, front desk and hours on the call to get appointment for mammogram. Nobody cares. I will never ever recommend anybody to go to the overlake primary care on the first place .
It is impossible to make an appointment on the phone. I have tried multiple times and waited in excess of 40 minutes with no luck!
