I have carefully read all of the feedback on your Overlake Arthritis and Osteoporosis Center website, and decided to share my own experience with this clinic. I am a new patient at this clinic (since December 2024). The first appointment was with the doctor, who prescribed me a medication and I had no issues with picking it up from the pharmacy. Really appreciated when I called in the other day, I received a call back almost immediately from an assistant Josh who was very helpful and kind enough to point me in the right direction. Pain is not fun. Dr Dada and staff treat you with reverence and respect that is above board. I highly recommend them and have. Met with Felicia and Tiara today. Such nice people! I felt heard and given attention to my health details. Unusual these days. Love coming to this office!
The entire infusion team at overla ke arthritis center is friendly and efficient. Jenny in billing department is professional and incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to answer all my questios.
Dr. Dada and my main nurse, Felecia, have been crucial in helping me navigate my health. I have to come in monthly for treatment, and I always get the best care.
I can’t say enough. From the moment I walked in, the ladies at the front desk, the Medical assistant, The Dr.’s assistant. The Medical Assistant, Felicia was phenomenal. I didn’t even know when she was taking blood. She’s that good! Everybody was very friendly , Professional and nice. It was my first time there and the Dr. was relaxed, caring and focused on our interaction. I felt she was very thorough.
