Dr. Dada and her staff Felecia, Jason & Sonia are top notch. They are attentive, caring, and thorough! While it took me several months to get into Dr. Dada, I’m glad I waited as she deeply cares for her patients. Having been to several other rheumatologist's previously I now know why it’s important to get a second opinion. I recommend her and her staff to anyone who needs to see an amazing rheumatologist!
Very grateful to have found the Overlake Arthritis and Osteoporosis Center. The facility is warm, welcoming, hospitable, and run by a great team of nurses and physicians. In my visits, I've noticed everyone walking out with a huge smile and lots of optimism. It seems that patients here will travel long distances for such top-quality, compassionate care. Communication is prompt, clear, and concise before and after visits. Overall an excellent clinic!
I am very disappointed with the care I received after my steroid injection on October 9th. The injection was done on my left thumb, and instead of improving, the pain and swelling became much worse. For the next two weeks, my thumb remained swollen, extremely painful, and started making a clicking sound. I couldn’t straighten it, and I also developed a large bruise at the injection site. 2025-November -- service from everyone there continues to be wonderful. My initial appts were all "in office" and every time the office was neat, friendly and things ran 'on time.' I am especially grateful to Dr. Gali's medical assistant "Felecia" who has a wonderful calming & highly competent manner in her words. A warm welcoming and helpful staff of Emma and Heaven. Sophie the nurse is soft spoken and attentive. Dr Putz is amicable and is a generous listener. He reviews a patient's history throughly. An expert diagnostician and one can feel assured that one is being given great medical care.
