I had a very pleasant young lady for my 6th infusion . She was cheerful, effecient and encouraging.
The worst experience with medical staff I have had in years- terrible communication from their staff, (e.g. 12 calls in one day for the same reason), billing practices are beyond reasonable -and when they make a mistake they do not acknowledge it. I do not recommend them and suggest avoiding them or going to another provider.
Jayzel is an excellent medical assistant and always does a great job with my monthly Cimzia injections. She is professional, caring, and attentive. Thank you, Jayzel, for your outstanding support and care!
Going in for a medical appointment can be a bit daunting. However any appointment in this office is a pleasant experience. Diana Szilvasi and her MA, Ruth are both wonderful with their patients. It's important to demonstrate their professionalism, but they are also friendly, considerate of patient questions, and generally make the experience comfortable.
I honestly don't think we could say enough Good things about this clinic. My mom was diagnosed with an Autoimmune Disease a year ago. We went from being scared and not knowing how to navigate all of the doctors visits, to feeling like we had assembled the most elite team around us, and they walked us through every step!
