Just finished up a year long gout study here. The staff were nice and always explained every step very well. Dr. Nirotma Tripathi looked after me most of the time and is attentive and very kind.
Do not consider going to this clinic for osteoporosis treatment. There are so many reasons not to become a patient there. Starting from their offshore phone service serving as a routing system. You can’t speak to a clinician or office staff first when you have questions. It takes a painfully long time for the offshore representative to ask you all sorts of questions and then repeat your questions. Then they leave a message to the clinic. Exceptional people; exceptional care.
First visit saw Dr. Putz. He is Kind, a great listener, and explained everything well. Asked questions on arthritic kneess but also the neuropathy in feet legs. Blood tests to look at autoimmune markers. Amir was my greeter, what a fun and sweet guy. He even helped me with check in forms on my phone. Felecia took blood and she was so very kind and fun to get to know. She was very patient with a new girl she was training. The receptionist was also patient and helpful. Completely unreachable. No matter how many times I call and leave my number I never get a call back. I have to say I'm scheduling an appointment to actually talk to someone since neither Dr. Gali nor her medical assistant Felicia return my phone calls on account of the front desk never delivering any messages. My insurance and pharmacy cannot reach them on account of the reception as well, forcing me to be the middleman every step of the way.
