We had 3 doors and openers put in our home yesterday and they look beautiful! Can not say enough about our installer Matt K. He did an amazing job and was so professional. He explained everything to us after install and had all the paperwork organized with model numbers and serial numbers on the booklets for easy future reference! I would definitely recommend then to everyone!!!! Thanks again Matt and Overhead Garage Door, Inc.
Rob, their tech showed up at my door today exactly when scheduled at 8pm sharp. He performed the required maintenance and my door no longer squeaks! He also gave me some great pointers on what to do and more importantly what NOT to do if your garage door spring breaks. I originally found Overhead Door on Angie's List because the were A Rated and nothing has changed several years later.
Great service and reasonable price. Had two problems with my door and Scott fixed them both. He showed up on time, was professional and knowledgeable. I'm really impressed from the first phone call to the finished work. Thank you A+ company.
These guys have been out twice, they don't warrant their work and charged me more to fix the opener than a new one would have cost me. I will not use them again!!!
I have to tell you that these folks are A+! When our power went out as the garage door wasn't quite up -- and of course, I ran my SUV right into the door (a true accident), we called the help line quite hysterical. Within 90 minutes, a service man (Scott!) came, gave us a temporary fix, and ordered replacement parts. Right as promised, the office called to set up a full repair appointment, and again, right on time, Bob fixed us all up. The cost wasn't cheap. Giant thank you to Kevin and Overhead Garage door for making an emergency visit to our shop when one of the springs broke on our 12x14 shop garage door which left us unable to do business. They were out to help within hours and had us back up and ready for business very quickly. Great response time, great people, great company.
