Had our garage door motor break last night at 8:00 p.m. I filled out the form on their website for service and figured I’d have to call in the morning anyway. They called me at 7:50 a.m. the next morning and were here by 10:30. The guys were helpful, had the parts in the truck, and had it fixed by noon. I’d highly recommend Overhead Door of Wausau.
This company has TERRIBLE communication and customer service skills. I have been going back and forth with guys from this company for months trying to get a garage door replaced. They made an appointment, didn't show up, then claimed they never made an appointment. Set up another appointment to come when neither my husband or I were home, which I wasn't thrilled with, but they again did no work.
