Had a great experience today. I called in for a repair because my spring broke. The tech Jon was the most polite service individual I have ever meet. He answered every question I had about my openers. He was very respectful in uniform and greeted me upon his arrival and explained everything he was going to do and exactly how much it would cost. Could not of been happier with his service.
I called Monday and had two new garage door openers on Friday. No service call required. The service tech was outstanding and the cost was 20% less than all other estimates and I didn't even need to have someone come out and charge me for an estimate. Secondly, the tech was very thorough, hard working and meticulous to every detail. He took great pride in his work. The experience was outstanding!

Super fast. Called this morning around 8:30 asked how much to put 2 new torsion springs on and how long before they could show up. Told between 1 and 5, got a call at 11:30, showed up at 12:30, got straight to it, fixed in under an hour and the price was pretty much dead on. A liitle higher since they had to weigh the door. No big deal. Will recommend them to anyone.
My garage door came off of the track and I could not get my door down. It was around 7pm and could not leave my door like that overnight, so I called the emergency number and they had a technician out within an hour and a half. The technician was great he came out and fixed the problem and did a safety check. He was fast and efficient! I would recommend this company and use them for future needs.

We called for service on a 17-year-old door opener. Technician Justin arrived within 4 hours and diagnosed a minor problem. Due to the age of the opener, we elected to purchase a new one. Justin was very knowledgeable and was able to complete the installation the same day. Everything very neat and professional. He also made adjustments to the door and it now closes smoothly and quietly. First class work and we are completely satisfied.
Our spring on the garage door broke on Sunday 6/11 stranding one of our cars in the garage; Overhead Garage Door in Manassas, Va came on Monday morning, and did the repair in a timely and professional manner. He also cleaned and lubricated all the appropriate parts after the repair was complete. Excellent service
