RecommendedThis is the second time using this company (2 different houses). First time, my spring broke and the garage door was stuck on a Sunday morning. I called them and a tech came out within 2 hours and had my door working quickly. The second time, was last night. My wife was stuck inside the garage and couldn’t get the kids to wrestling practice because the spring in the garage broke. Quality installation. Professional and courteous employee
Just had an emergency repair on my garage door. The technician, Conner arrived within 15 minutes of placing the call. He was extremely efficient and professional. The service was stress free and I was able to make a carpool for my grandson. I highly recommend this company.

Called and scheduled a repair appointment to fix the broken spring on my overhead garage door. The technician arrived right on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and worked quickly. Got the problem solved, serviced my door completely and gave me some advice for operation by homelink.

Slip-ups sometimes happen. That's when a company shows their true colors. Our new garage door arrived, but it had been manufactured the wrong size. Dan Starcher with NOVA Overhead Doors had the door remade to the correct size, sent a truck to pick it up and had the new door installed one week later. We weren't happy being without our garage for a week, but we admire the stand-up way that Overhead Doors handled the oops. KUDOS, Dan Starcher! 7-10-18
One of our tension springs broke, and that is not a do it yourself job to say the least. I called on Sunday, and they were here at 8:15 am Monday! Our tech, TJ was outstanding!! Very nice and polite and very professional. Very happy with everything!! Thanks TJ!
