I sent a picture to overhead door (Peter Finnegan) showing the exact garage door and style we wanted. I received a reply that i was being provided a quote for the exact door in the picture i sent. upon arrival home after the install i couldn't belie that the door didn't match at all what was in the picture. I contacted the company (Peter Finnegan) and was told "your being ridiculous and need to just deal with it". i had asked if they could source the doors we wanted and was told no. i never was given a sample of the door to ... read more
Very satisfied with communication, timeliness and quality. Highly recommended.
Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ended up with a false door nailed to my garage for a month while we waited for a new door to arrive after they messed up... and had to pay for it! No calls back when we called in... rude staff.. it was awful.
