BUYER BEWARE.....THEY CHARGE FROM THE TIME THEY LEAVE THEIR SHOP, SO THAT 45MIN. OF WORK COULD COST YOU 1.5 HOURS....SO ALL I AM SAYING IS ASK....and shop around, afterall, it's a garage door. There are lots of people out there that can do it. It's not overly complicated. With that being said, the guy they sent was what I would have expected from any company. He knew his job, and did his job. Sure I will pay the bill, but I won't recommend them., nore will I use them again. With 24 doors on this property they missed out.
RecommendedI contacted Overhead Door Company on a Friday after one of the springs on my garage door snapped. They scheduled an appointment for repair the next business day. The technician was on time, courteous and fast. He gave me an estimate before starting repairs. I could not be happier with the results. I highly recommend them!
Jimmy and the team went above and beyond to assist me with my residential garage doors. I received excellent customer service, assistance and the parts I needed to easily resolve my garage door issue.
What a mess! No show in appts, tried to give quote without showing up, twoseperate salesmen same company quotes were $700 difference. Called back to speak with the company and Debbie hung up on me when I tried to explain.
Do your driver's not know how to drive?! I'm pretty sure when at a 4-way stop you're supposed to wait until the 1st person there goes...not pull up, not even stop, and just turn right. He's lucky I'm very defensive when driving and saw him but he could've caused a wreck. this was at the 4-way on Freeland and royle rd.
I just had John from Overhead door come and install a new Lift master door opener and He was fast and did an awesome job. I highly recommend Overhead Door of Charleston. I also had them install a new hurricane door about two week ago. 5 Stars
close the company or get a different owner!
Not impressed, took forever for them to complete. They busted an HVAC line in my garage. Installed a key pad and provided no instruction or help setting it up. Won't use this company again or refer them to friends.
