We have had the absolute best experience with Overhead Door of Central Oregon. We built our home in 2021 and they were incredibly easy to work with and knowledgable about our options for doors. The installation was professional and the doors have been great. Two weeks ago I backed into one of those great doors and Overhead Door was able to send someone out that same day to repair the damage so that my garage door could function until the replacement was available. Couldn't get garage door to open. Called for appointment at 7:30 am, repair was completed by 9:30 am - same day! Can't recall better response or service. Far exceeded expectations. THANKS scheduling and technician (Skyler)!
So I backed into my garage door before it was fully open (dementia). Spoke with Rich Saturday and Blayde (great name) came 2 days later and despite his pessimism, he was able to give me a functioning door while I wait for them to make a new panel. He rocked. Rich should be proud of him!!
