Professional and fair. My very large commercial door was misbehaving. Technician Rob Woodworth stopped by to assess and provide a FREE estimate/diagnosis. After short discussion he indicated a solution that sounded well within my carpentry wheelhouse. I later got up there with my forklift platform and sure enough he was right. We have had the absolute best experience with Overhead Door of Central Oregon. We built our home in 2021 and they were incredibly easy to work with and knowledgable about our options for doors. The installation was professional and the doors have been great. Two weeks ago I backed into one of those great doors and Overhead Door was able to send someone out that same day to repair the damage so that my garage door could function until the replacement was available.
