My garage door spring snapped Friday morning and I was given a repair date of Monday afternoon. Due to a cancellation, Connor was able to come promptly in the time slot Friday afternoon. He gave an estimate and was amenable to replacing only the one spring, not two. He also noted frayed cables which needed replacing. He was very professional and answered some additional questions after the service. Very pleased with the overall experience.

My garage door spring broke at 8 AM. I called Overhead Door and they responded a few hours later. The repairman noticed frayed cables, loose hinges and other minor problems and fixed these problems along with the broken spring. A couple hours later my 30 year old garage door was working more smoothly then it had been for years. Highly recommend this company.

I’ve always been impressed with the technicians and quality of work from overhead doors and would give them a five star rating. However, the last technician they sent was a bit abrupt and not customer oriented. Would give him a two star rating. He told me he didn’t have the right spring to fix my door and it would be three days before he could get it. When I showed him what a different tech had done to fix the same issue on a different door, he said okay and did the work immediately. Not good problem solving skills. I’ll sti... read more
