We got a new garage door yesterday. It looks so amazing. It is such an improvement. We went with *Overhead Door Company of Salinas™ it has been a locally owned and operated garage door company in the Salinas, California area for over 30 years. Overhead Door always sends one of two technicians to our home to perform annual, preventative maintenance. These two men have gotten to know our door - its hardware and electronics. They clean rails and fittings. They adjust travel. They lubricate necessary items. They are extremely professional, they know and understand the mechanical and electrical components. They are efficient in their work and extremely friendly. I strongly endorse this company and its employees
Unexpected next day scheduling Appointment details Clearly stated with Tech's name (Connor) and arrival time Prompt timely arrival Courteous, professional technician. Identified immediate issue and proposed solutions considering equipment age and replacement options. Identified seconsary issues with smaller garage door. Explained problems in details with cost estimate. Excellence in service and product technical understanding was outstanding.
