Javier replaced both springs on my garage door. He also lubricated springs and rollers and made sure door section screws were tight. I had him come out again to put on a new seal, as mine was old and had shrunk on the ends, leaving big openings. He was also able to adjust the door so that it was level with the concrete, despite the concrete being off a half inch from the left to right side, and without affecting the performance This was a big issue for me, and he was able to get this done.
