Had garage spring break called them and they were out the next day. Paul was the service technician. He did a great job gave me the price and knocked it out in 30 minutes. Fast and friendly service. Will call them again. Great pricing.
Tim and Paul did an excellent job of repairing my garage door. They replaced my cheap broken springs with a higher quality product. They answered all my questions and showed me what I should be doing to get the longest life and best operation out of my garage door. This included instruction on what type of lubricant to use and how often I should be lubricating my door. They were very professional and courteous. I would recommend Overhead Door Company of Council Bluffs.
Had our springs replaced on our garage door today. The two guys who done the work were GREAT. Very nice & polite. Got the work done in a very timely manner. Door works great. Thanks guys.
Terrible. I had this company come out 8 months ago to replace a broken spring. after $238, 3 hours of replacing a spring and adjusting everything else the door has never closed right and eventually bent the top panel in half. When I called to have them look at it I was told they couldn't come until the following week. Come to find out the installer put in the wrong spring in, didn't have the tension set correctly and adjusted the door wrong which caused the damage. Now I am forced to pay $1300 for a new door. Less than 5 years ago I purchased an expensive garage door from this company. Last night it quit working and I called them today to arrange service. Before I could even tell them the problem or ask them if they would stand behind the apparent piece of junk they sold me, all they were concerned about was the forty dollar charge for service because I do not live in the Council Bluffs metro.
