Hired a local builder to install new garage doors, they did not work correctly right from the get go, had him back 3 times to repair and he never did get it right, finally I called Overhead door, there guys come out, showed me what was wrong and re did everything the correct way. Best money I ever spent.
Called them for an awning by Eclipse. They came and gave bid. I called three separate times after that to order and they either are not there or don't return phone calls. If they can't even be bothered to sell it, I wonder what their service would be like if I needed it. So I called Eclipse and looked for another dealer....you know, one that actually acts like a business.
