Called them around 7:30 am and they were able to fit me in that morning before 9:00 am. They were fast, professional, changed out my broken spring and tightened up rails and adjusted the door. You have been a life saver several times for us! Replacing my old opener and very detailed instructions on how to use the mounted pad by very nice young men. Repairing my daughters opener when the spring broke and now mine! Technicians are always nice and explain the problems, then repair quickly. Tell them sorry about Jasper (dog) today! After recommending and hiring Baba's overhead doors to replace a overhead garage door for a customer of mine the door company completely screwed over my customer and I would not recommend using them again. I used to recommend bubus to anyone asking about garage doors because they were the newer company and at 1st was hearing good things about their work but after this experience it's clear that they are under poor management or some other issues are involved. Charging customers a service call to come back out on behalf of their screw ups. And still wanting us to pay to them to fix the problem that the installers did when installing the garage door.
Their customer service is top notch! They are also speedy with service! I was referred to another overhead door company, and was treated terrible, so on a whim I called the lovely ladies at Bubbas. After speaking with Terri, I was sold on using them to replace our system.
