I picked Over the Top Roof Repair because of all the positive reviews. They did not disappoint. Charlie was here right on time as promised at the time I requested, did a thorough investigation and gave me a quote then and there. He put me towards the front of the line because I had an actual leak. He under-promised and over-delivered. The technician arrived literally 5 days later (on a Tuesday), and by the time I came home from work they were already gone. Highly recommend.

Don't use this guy. Charlie does not fulfill signed contracts. Shoddy workmanship, unsupervised teams, lots of praying... hole where Flashing incorrectly installed allowing shingles to fall over. Exposed a hole for racoons to come in. Now won't warranty his work and fix the flasing. Deep pockets is what Charlie likes. Contracted to have facia replaced. I truly wish that I could leave a better review because my expectations were based upon the reviews I had read. Unfortunately, my experience did not match the glowing reviews. My home had some minor soffit, facia and roof damage from a tornado. I was told that the project would take about one week to complete, but after numerous delays and rectifying their poor workmanship, the project took over five weeks.
