I really love the Ovation Eye Institute they are so very clean and very nice Staff and very respectful to the Patients and so corcern of the Patients well being and the Doctor that time out to explain to the patients I Love this Eye Institute.
The owner response admits they should've been upfront and said they could not assist me. Yet, I was still charged the full amount for an unusable prescription and tests I did not consent to. This is not the eye doctor for me. I will start by saying they might be better at specialty eye care, but should not be used for your typical annual exam. Very unprofessional, it’s a young lady that answers the phone VERY RUDE she put me on hold I hung up and called back 10 times back to back to be ignored on purpose this is not the first time this has happened !! I and very disgusted by there actions and how they treat there customers
