Emillie is beyond amazing! I have been seeing her for just over two months and have seen so much improvement in such a short amount of time. Emillie has a holistic approach, taking everything into consideration and making sure you feel heard and supported. She has relieved so much of my jaw and neck tension, supported me through hormonal changes and has given me such important tools to calm my nervous system and slow down. I feel so grateful to have found Emillie and Ova, and cannot wait for all the good things to come!
Ash was a miracle worker and drastically sped up my recovery from bells palsy. After seeing traditional doctors it was clear that there was little they could do to treat or improve my condition. Ash saw me twice per week and I fully believe that the process and treatment plan (not to mention his calming approach) followed was key to my 6 week recovery (doctors said it could take many more months).
