I was extremely nervous about acupuncture because the idea of needles poking into your skin was scary. The first time I ever experienced acupuncture was when Zoe treated me for headaches and the treatment was a breeze. My headaches disappeared in minutes. Zoe also helped me with my complex gut complications by prescribing a variety of herbs and educating me about my body's misalignments. She is an incredibly supportive and knowledgeable practictioner. A natural healer of people.
Zoe and the team at Ova have been looking after my wife for a while now, and I was finally able start having some treatment for myself. Had a really wonderful first experience. Felt heard and understood and Zoe was able to hold safe space for me as I filled her in... She is a highly skilled practitioner with a wealth of knowledge and understanding.
