I can’t recommend Phoebe from Ova highly enough. I started seeing her for acupuncture from around 5 weeks pregnant and continued regularly right up until birth. In the first and second trimesters I saw Phoebe for nausea, fatigue, headaches, and insomnia. I genuinely noticed a difference after each session. Ash from Ova is genuinely incredible at what he does. He’s calm, kind and so thorough, and always seems to know exactly what you need — whether that’s a laugh at the right moment or knowing when to just let you completely switch off and put you in your little acupuncture cocoon to reset yourself. Michelle and her team at Ova are exceptional practitioners but importantly beautiful people. I’ve felt supported holistically since the second I walked through the door and I couldn’t recommend Michelle highly enough. Her and her staff are flexible, thoughtful, intelligent, experienced and empathetic. I love Ova and it’s honestly the highlight of my week.
