My experience with OutToday.Com has been good. The salesperson was helpful, though there were a few other things I think he might have brought up for us, like convection floors and options for the water heater to accommodate that. Right now Im not sure if I should call the service office or what, but the water heater is not keeping up with the two of us taking a shower at the same time. The service OutToday. Com provided was excellent. I couldnt believe how quickly they were available to come out. The electrician who came out, was very congenial and professional. He took time to explain to me what was going on and what he was going to do. They provided an all around good experience.

Our experience with Out Today was wonderful. I had no trouble getting the furnace in. The technician stayed late and returned even the next day to make sure everything was working. They were very good.

The service tech arrived on time and performed the services expected. I would give this company A ratings except for one very annoying thing: The tech not only put his companys sticker on the furnace, but he put one on the hot water tank, which was not part of the service, and one on the electrical panel, which was also not part of the service. If you dont have any problems with large advertising stickers that are difficult to remove placed on your home, then you will probably be happy with this company. Im not. And I wont u... read more

Robert Alexander did an amazing job and I will definitely call him again for service. He serviced and cleaned furnace. Educational overview. Also went above and beyond expectations and did more than required. Help install door opening properly.

The estimator who came out to evaluate the job took a lot of time to answer all of our questions. He was very thorough and professional. We were really impressed with him. We had to have LED lights installed in the ceiling, and he mentioned that there could be a problem with the existing cans. But it tuns out the technician who came out did not have to carve holes at all. So, they installed four new can lights, and everything turned out perfect. The electrician was quick and professional. OutToday. Com was fast and accurate. I called Day and Night, and this was the group that came out. Under the cabinet there was an air gap between the dish washer and the garbage disposal, it had been ripped out by someone, and they fixed that. They also looked at the hot water heaters leak and found an easy way to fix it. They finally got our hot water running. They were very clean and neat.

I used OutToday.Com for some plumbing and electrical work. They dug out the front yard to get to the sewer. It was a large job, and it was my first time using them.They had some problems with the backhoe and getting it into the yard, and that put our schedule a little back, but everything else was fine.
