Awesome!! Oil change and inspection done!! GREAT service�
Been buying RAM trucks from them since 2006. I am on my 5th RAM truck. Had a lift and wheels installed on my last RAM, John did an excellent job, it was done right. Lynn and Paula treat you like family, great personalities. I will NEVER buy from any other dealer.
We are on our third Jeep from this dealership and we wouldn't buy anywhere else. The service is always fast and they are very professional. They have always made us feel like family!
The owner called my wife and complained that a survey my wife filled out brought down their rating. We bought a 2016 Jeep last year, and had been in the shop for the same problem 8 times ( 4 to diagnose and 4 times to change out the part). My wife gave them a good rating on everything else, but fixing the problem she gave them a low rating! Needless to say corporate was notified of the owners behavior. Never going there again!!!
My experience here has certainly tested my ability to remain a "Good Christian". It took everything I had not to raise my voice or throw things. My Advice to anyone looking to do business here, is to get everything in writing, right up front. Because after money exchanges hands, you never know what the story will be. It's a shame because I usually stick up for the "Little Man".
Awesome dealership... friendly and knowledgeable staff.... the best Jeep Dodge dealership around... my family has been buying Jeeps from here for years, and will countinue to do so
