I drove 35 miles to buy my second Jeep there because my experience there the first time was so good. You work with the family they do not play games with salesman running to the manager and back to you. You do not sit there for hours. The people are pleasant until you drop the statement about your vehicle that needs servicing...that you did not purchase it from their dealership! OMG you would of thought I asked them to give me a vehicle for free.... They all need classes on customer service. They need to remember... extremely disappointed poor customer service will produce results by three ways.... monetary, reputation and future business.
We just purchased a Jeep there everyone was so nice no pressure to buy anything. We felt like we knew them our whole lives they were so friendly. Thank you so much Lynn Paula and John.
