I could not recommend Dale enough! I asked his opinion on what kind of hard drive I should upgrade to. Within a couple hours he was at my house with a new one, and I expected him to just drop it off and leave. But he stayed and helped me set it up and showed me some cool features on it. He explained it in a way that was easy to understand, and didn't make me feel dumb when I asked dumb questions! After he left, I noticed he had left me a free pen and mouse pad! He is kind, helpful, knowledgeable and quick. Highly recommend.
Great service! I dropped my laptop and then just continued to have issues with it. I finally emailed Outstanding Computer Repair about getting it fixed. He picked it up the same day, repaired it and had it ready that same day! It's great to have a service like this is the area. Thanks again!
He was not honest about dropping my laptop and breaking it, in addition to paying the fee for service i wanted done, he had me pay for a new screen as well-it has a dark spot inside screen too?! Over $100. Its just not right!! im disabled/handicapped and I feel i was wronged, im sick to the stomach right now about it. How could someone just break it and not be man enough to take care of it.
What a wonderful service! Converted my laptop to run Windows 10 and I was only out of commission overnight. Price was excellent and with service to my home! Highly recommend Dale for all computer needs.
I had a completely busted screen and major issues with my hard drive! Dale was super fast and did a HUGE overhaul on my computer! In just a few hours, he had my machine up and running and better than new! I honestly did not think it was fixable! So impressed! His fast service and expertise was much appreciated! I highly recommend him!
I can not say enough about Outstanding Computer Repair other then that they are FABULOUS! Dale is like the 911 of the computer community. When our family computer was in distress I called Dale and immediately he arrived at our home and began computer saving techniques. Thanks Dale. I should have called you three days ago! Talk about money well spent and massive headache avoided. I bought a new printer and needed to install it. Instruction disk wouldn't load. Contact to company was of no help. Trying to read printed manual was a nightmare. I called Dale and he said he would be at my house in an hour. Yes THE SAME DAY I CALLED HIM!!!! I just have to say that Dale is AWESOME. I messaged him with a problem and within 15 minutes he was at my door...4 hours and only $40 later my computer was like new! I was nearly ready to drop 20 times that amount on something new...he is a real computer-life and budget saver!
