I had the same experience as Ashley. Lane quoted a price for tree removal after the ice storm. He could start quickly and was local, so I hired him for a fair price. At the end he shows up with an additional $5,500 on the invoice. He said that 2 additional trees had fallen after he priced the job. This was not true. I proved he was wrong with pictures. Buyer beware. I hired Lane from Outside the House (OTH) for a large residential project (installation of 40+ trees) and unfortunately this was a bait and switch experience. The project was quoted far under the competition (RED FLAG #1) but the conversation and intent seemed genuine at first so we decided to support a local small business.
