Buyer beware. I hired Lane from Outside the House (OTH) for a large residential project (installation of 40+ trees) and unfortunately this was a bait and switch experience. The project was quoted far under the competition (RED FLAG #1) but the conversation and intent seemed genuine at first so we decided to support a local small business.
