There concerns with the clients and the staff
In my experience, i have given this company ample chances and they just don’t care. Be careful who you allow in your home. And set boundaries, if they are not met, and you let them know,the company will drop you. Just warning you. When requested to speak to field supervisor about issues, she had all excuses and no ideas to resolve. It’s sad that we had the single most caring “field supervisor” and when it changed so did the level of compassion. Outreach failed to pay me for 12 hours 2 weeks ago and said they would include it in my check this pay period and are now saying they don't know if they can pay me! I worked the hours they need to pay me what I am owed.
as of today still have not sent out W-2.Everytime a call to them they make up a new excuse,as of tomorrow IRS is being notified.
