RecommendedI had a chance to attend the opening of the new location in El Paso, TX which is very nice. The new set up is well-designed, innovative, and welcoming. The staff is hardworking, friendly and supportive. The reinvention of the Brand is accurate and follows company core values.
I do not know them personally but I like the fact that they assist persons that relied on their care. So yes I do recommend them
I work for Outreach health services and we are a caring company and strive to deliver the best services to our clients who sometimes have no one else but us to come in and take care of their needs. We are also compassionate and listen to them.
As an employee for the Abilene branch I strive to help my clients with whatever needs they have for the time I'm with them each day. Its one of the best companies I've worked for as this is my 5th job I've ever had. I care about my clients as if their my family. Now its hard not to get emotionally attached to them as I've already had 3 clients pass away. I've been with the company for 3.5 years and don't plan to go anywhere else. I love my job and my clients.
Killeen Branch is horrible !! Attendant sat on the couch for a month, did maybe one day total assistance during that time. Do not use this agency if you have another choice!
