I’ve been staying at the Central Park Manhattan House while finishing my research at Columbia University. The location couldn’t be more perfect—walking distance to school and some of the best bagels in the city at Absolute Bagels! The apartment itself feels modern yet homey, and the gym is an absolute game-changer for squeezing in workouts.

Everything’s been awesome! The place is great, and the location couldn’t be better. I’ve really enjoyed the amenities and the vibe here. One tiny hiccup was that the move-in instructions I got from Airbnb didn’t quite match up with what the house leader provided. But honestly, it’s been a minor thing in an otherwise stellar experience. Totally recommend it!

I'm actually leasing at the Central Park Manhattan House for six months and I'm delighted with my choice. The apartment's design is stunning and modern, and I was fortunate to select a room that receives ample natural light. The location is superb, surrounded by vibrant artistic spots and conveniently close to subway access.

I am currently staying at the Central Park House in Manhattan and my experience so far has been great. The apartment is beautiful, well furnished and clean. The house leader, Ricky was exceptional. From the day I moved in to the day he left, he was always kind, comprehensive, and quickly responsive. I will definitely recommend the Outpost Club.
