The Central Park Manhattan House has a lot of potential, but the amenities felt outdated. The building could use some renovations to match its prime location. That said, the proximity to Central Park is a big plus.

I was commuting to NYC for work and finally decided to make the move permanent. I needed a place close to the subway and affordable enough for my budget. It was clean, quiet, and within walking distance of everything I needed. Plus, the other residents were respectful.

It felt safe. That was the most important thing for me. People were respectful and welcoming. The house was clean, and the neighborhood was calm. It gave me peace of mind when I first arrived in New York.

I can go for a morning jog and grab a bagel from Absolute Bagels right after. The building is a little older than some other Outpost locations, but that’s a small tradeoff for being in such a prime spot. The rooftop has an amazing view, too!

Proximity to Central Park is a dream! The house is well-maintained and offers excellent amenities. Highly recommended for anyone who loves nature and city living.

I've lived in several neighborhoods in New York, but the Upper West Side feels like home, especially at the Central Park Manhattan House. The building is gorgeous, and I've met so many interesting people. From the office space to the gym, everything is designed with comfort in mind. Plus, Central Park is only steps away!
