The clinic coordinator Sandra was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. She cancelled all my obstetrician appointments without my knowledge or consent simply because I chose to continue with the same midwife as an additional service. I only discovered this after turning up for my appointment, despite currently dealing with an perigestational haemorrhage.
