Friendly staff, they made me feel so comfortable, I was very nervous and anxious but they take that away.
I would recommend this place and their doctors to everyone. They were quick, efficient and wonderful bedside manner. Not to mention a woman ran business!
Have been coming here every 3 months for a year, since the doctors here first found my thyroid cancer. You cannot ask for nicer staff and doctors. You're treated like valuable family and friends!
Dr. Sarah Kassaby and her team were so easy to talk to. They explained everything so well, and I felt comfortable going into the procedure. This was my first biopsy of any kind. It was completely painless for me. Even after the numbing spray had worn off, my neck was not very sore. I could barely tell it had happened. I am glad I was referred to Dr. Sarah Kassaby for my thyroid biopsy. She made it a very easy procedure to experience. Thank you for being gentle and kind!
