STOP - Do NOT use this facility. I’ve NEVER had so much information mixed up for a procedure or surgery in my life! I’ve had 18, so I KNOW what I’m talking about! Plus I’ve been a medical professional for 25 years and I don’t how they’re still open. From the first phone call they had me down for the trial E-Stim implant telling me my co-pay was $260 per visit (2). Such a GREAT OUT PATIENT CARE CENTER.All the staff WAS WONDERFUL and took such GREAT CARE OF ME.HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility! Caring and Compassionate Staff! GOD BLESS THEM ALL!
This is is the most piss poor run place. Tye checking process is a freaking joke. Why have appt times if you wait for hrs to be registered.
I came in for a spinal block. The nurses Christian, Johnica, and Carol absolutely ROCK!! These ladies took such good care of me from the time I got in until the time I checked out! I have a response where I pass out with IV's. I didn't but Carol got the IV right in! Surgery was a success!
