I really can’t rave enough about not only our experience, the place itself, but Evan as well! Evan even checked on us when he saw we were dealing with some car trouble and offered assistance! My fiancé and I stayed in Geri’s Creekside yurt while my sister and her bf stayed in the Gnome yurt. Both spaces were so specially curated but equally unique! My pup and I had an amazing time staying at April’s TreeTop Dome. The views were amazing and all the amenities you need for glamping were provided. Communication and scheduling was great. Would definitely recommend for a great off grid glamping experience in the NC mountains.
I can’t say enough great things about this campsite. It’s located in one of the most stunning natural areas I’ve ever visited—every direction you look feels like a postcard. Whether it was the fresh air, peaceful surroundings, or the beautiful trails nearby, the setting alone was worth the trip. This is a wonderful place to “Glamp”. This is perfect if you want to go camping in the mountains but you don’t want it to feel like a complete survival challenge. You don’t get things like hot running water (they supply enough water to use for cooking and washing dishes) and plumbing (there is an outhouse) but honestly that’s about as rough and tumble as this place gets.The views are stunning!
