When I called and told them of a problem we had during Bike Week, they continually blew us off, promised this and that, but never addressed the issue. Really disappointed by their lack of interest and the fact that they don't care about customer service at all....Time for corporate
DONT EVER BUY A USED BIKE They don’t do inspections properly my bike had bad back breaks and they passed it on inspection and less than 1500 miles I had metal breaks rubbing my rear rotor very poor work
Patty was working and helped us. She is very friendly and very helpful. It would be nice if there was more plus size clothing for women. I did purchase but didn’t get the shirt I wanted. Mostly I just wanted to say how awesome Patty is.
My husband, Greg Hughart and I visit Outer Banks Harley Davidson every year during our anniversary vacation to l�k for a shirt � � to take home. We walked in with the same intention this year. However I saw a nice l�king Harley Davidson Ultra and with a great deal & AWESOME staff, WE are very happy & proud owners of another Harley Davidson! Wow! Came to vacation in the Outer Banks and bought a new Tri Glide. Faith, Harold, Mike, PJ, and Chris were very helpful. These folks went above and beyond to make it all work out!
