My son in law took his bike to Harley for some repairs. The mechanic was extremely rude, and condescending, then turned his back and walked away, shutting the door on my son in law., who then spoke to a salesman on the floor trying to find out what was going on with his bike. When the salesman went to ask the mechanic, he stormed out onto the showroom, and told my son in law that he doesn't answer to anyone but Maurice. Nice clean shop. Stocked very well. Had a hole row of 17 ultra limited at a great price. Sales assoc very helpful
Bought a new bike from them a few weeks ago and the sales staff were amazing. Just called to have some accessories installed on my bike and when I spoke to the service guy he was rude and acted like I disturbed him. I asked him for a quote and when I told him what another Harley shop quoted me his first response was take it there then. Part of your job is customer service and this guy had none. I’ll be taking my service business somewhere else.
