RecommendedI’ve bought 2 bikes from this shop and can’t say enough positive. They delivered my flhp to Delaware the next day after my deal was made over the phone. 1 month later we drove down to buy my 21 year old son his first sportster. Fair deals both times, real attention to service. My family (3 riders) are now customers for life.

Be very careful when buying from here. Do your research. Watch out for tin swaps. When they finish a deal they don’t care about you any longer. Harold has been the only one at outer banks that is worth talking too. Their Service manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I bought my bike three months ago and still haven’t received it. Getting ready for my second payment. Not pleased at all with this Harley dealership. I hate giving a bad review but when you spend 31,000 on a bike you should be treated like you matter. The absolute WORST HD dealership there is. CONSTANTLY driving two hours round trip and they screw up our parts order. They call to say parts are in and then only some are in. They could care less people are constantly wasting time driving back and forth to them. Will NOT ship parts. It is like they do it on purpose to force you in their doors hoping you will purchase more. TOTAL MISERABLE CONSUMER EXPERIENCE!!!! Go ANYWHERE but here!
