While on vacation, my phone decided to die. I took it to the Verizon store and the person there said the battery was dead and sent me to OBCR to purchase a battery. The technician at OBCR removed my battery and reset some of the settings, reinstalled the battery and "poof" my phone was as good as new. All this without charging a cent! Thank you, thank you! Staff could not have been more knowledgeable and professional. If I only lived 700 miles closer they would certainly be my choice for all electronic repairs.
Wanted to reach out with positive feedback this is a good outfit I needed a battery for my laptop they next day shipped it to OBX and I had it for vacation. Very positive experience!
A shout out for OBCR's outstanding service and expertise. Tim, Kaitlyn (sp) and Quaid are knowledgeable and helpful on all things computer and cellphone. They repaired my phone lcd screen quickly and stress free. So grateful we have a reliable service of this kind on the beach.

I was completely thrilled with my phone repair issue & resolution today. I work at a similar company back home & they know their stuff ! Everyone was polite, genuinely knowledgeable, explained why I was having a problem with my phone & successfully fixed my problem on the spot. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option !
